Workflows
- đŠ New Banner for Paused Workflows
Now if a workflow is paused due to insufficient credits or a compliance check, youâll see a banner at the top of your dashboard explaining whatâs paused, why, and what to do next. The banner messaging adapts based on the specific issue, and includes a clear path to review and resume your workflow faster so you can minimize downtime and missed messages.
- đ Set Contact Re-Entry Rules
You now have more control over how contacts move through your automations. Before publishing a workflow, you can decide whether contacts should be allowed to re-enter the same workflow, and if so, after how long. Choose from no delay, a custom delay, or simply disallow re-entry depending on your goals.
- đ Set Time Zones for Localized Scheduling
Running campaigns across different regions? You can now set a custom time zone for any workflow. This means a customer in Florida can schedule a workflow for Pacific Time when messaging West Coast contacts, ensuring texts arrive at the right time, no matter where your audience is.
- đ„ Trigger Workflows from Multiple Groups
You can now select multiple groups when using either the Contact Added to Group trigger or the Date and Time trigger. That means you can launch a single workflow across several contact groups without the need to build duplicates just to reach a wider audience.
- đ New Search for Workflow Templates
Looking for the right workflow template? Now itâs easier than ever. Weâve added a search bar to the Templates tab, so you can quickly find templates by name or description. Matches in the title will appear first, helping you get started even faster.
- đȘ Skip the Form Fill With Auto-Generated Workflow Names
When creating a new workflow, youâll now go straight to the builder, no name or description form required. We automatically generate a default name for you (like My Workflow â 11/11/25 11:25:33 AM), which you can edit anytime. Itâs a small change that saves time and lets you jump right into building.
- âïž Edit Without Publishing Right Away
Make edits to a published workflow without immediately pushing those changes live. Any updates will be saved as a draft, giving you the freedom to review and publish when ready. A new âHas Unsaved Changesâ indicator lets you know whatâs still in progress, and youâll see clear options to Save Draft, Save & Publish, or Discard Draft as you go.
- 𧩠Trigger Workflows From Multiple Keywords or Sign-Up Forms
Workflows are now even more flexible. You can select multiple Keywords when using the Keyword trigger, and multiple Sign-Up Forms when using the Sign-Up Form trigger. This means fewer duplicate workflows, and a much easier way to automate journeys that start from several entry points.
- âïž Smarter Multi-Select Dropdowns
Weâve made it easier to find what you need when selecting items in trigger dropdown menus. Now, when you start typing in a multi-select dropdown, the list will automatically narrow to match your search so you can quickly select the right Keywords, Groups, or Forms even when the list is long.
User Interface
- đ§ Account Menu Joins the Left Navigation
As part of our ongoing user interface improvements, the account dropdown menu has moved from the top header to the bottom of the left-hand navigation, right next to your credit balance. This update keeps all your core navigation in one consistent place and supports a cleaner, more intuitive layout.
