AI Compose

  • ✨ AI Compose Gets a Fresh Look
    Our new and improved AI Compose introduces a cleaner, more streamlined interface that makes composing smarter, faster, and easier. You’ll notice a refreshed design and a new working panel that no longer takes over your entire screen. Tone and Translate tools now open in lightweight submenus for smoother navigation. And instead of showing multiple drafts, AI now builds on a single working message for easier editing. Plus, a new View History option lets you revisit and reuse past AI-generated messages with just a click.

 

Workflows

  • 🎯 A/B Test with Percentage Split
    You can now use the Percentage Split node in Workflows to randomly divide contacts into two paths based on a simple percentage slider. This makes it easy to A/B test different messages, try new content on a smaller audience, and continuously optimize performance without needing to build multiple workflows.

 

  • 🔀 More Conditions for Smarter Workflow Logic
    You can now add up to 10 conditions per branch in both the Conditional Split and Wait for Reply nodes, an increase from the previous limit of five. This gives you more flexibility to build advanced logic, handle complex messaging scenarios, and keep everything running within a single workflow.

 

  • ⏰ Set a Consistent Send Time for Dynamic Date Triggers
    When using a Date & Time trigger with a contact field (like Birthday or First Purchase Date), you now have the option to override the time value stored in that field. Choose a consistent send time (like 9:00 AM) for your messages, giving you more control over delivery and reducing confusion during setup.

 

User Interface

  • 🖥️ Updated Navigation for a Cleaner Layout
    We’ve redesigned the sub-navigation in your EZ Texting account to improve usability and make better use of screen space, especially on smaller devices. The navigation bar has moved from the left side of the app to the top of the page, giving you more room to work and putting key features front and center for easier access.
