Workflows

  • 🔗 Build Smarter Customer Journeys 
    You can now use the Wait for Link Click node in Workflows to automatically track link clicks and follow up accordingly. Set a time window (like 24 hours) to see who clicked the link in your message, then send different follow-ups based on whether a contact clicked or didn’t. It’s an easy way to create more targeted, engagement-based journeys that respond to real customer behavior.

Contacts

  • 📇 Improved Contacts Page
    The Contacts page has been refreshed with a wider, near full-screen layout to improve readability and make managing your list easier. Table headers now stay fixed as you scroll, and the Phone Number column remains visible when resizing your browser, so key contact details are always in view.
     
  • đŸ‘„ Add Contacts via Integrations
    You can now connect integrations directly from the Add Contacts page. In addition to uploading a file, adding individually, or copying and pasting, you’ll see a new Integrations tab that lets you sync contacts into EZ Texting more seamlessly. Syncing contacts via an integration makes it easier to keep your contact lists up to date without switching between tools.

Inbox

  • đŸ“± Clearer Inbox Number Display
    We’ve updated the Inbox to create a more intuitive experience. Instead of showing “Your number:” inside the conversation panel, your sending number will now appear directly on each conversation card, next to the contact’s name, so it’s easier to see which number is being used at a glance.

Reports

  • 🔁 Resend Campaigns Directly from Reports
    You can now resend a campaign straight from its Delivery Report. A new Resend button at the top of the report page lets you quickly create a new draft with the original message and groups pre-populated, so you don’t need to navigate back to the Sent page. To streamline the layout, “Export Report” has also been renamed to Export.
