Workflows

• 🔁 Restart Contacts in a Workflow from Any Step
  You can now restart contacts who previously had a status of “Completed” or “Exited Early” (excluding those who’ve been deleted or opted out) directly from the Workflow Reports tab. Simply select a contact, set their starting point in the workflow, and their status will update to “Active”, giving you more flexibility to re-engage contacts without starting from scratch.

 

Multi-Factor Authentication

• 🔐 Choose Your MFA Method
  You can now change your multi-factor authentication (MFA) method directly from the Security settings on your Account page. Once you verify using your current method, you’ll be able to switch between SMS and authenticator app options, and update your preferred phone number. This gives you more control over how you keep your account secure.

 

• 🪪 Self-Unblock with Identity Verification
  If your account is ever blocked due to suspicious activity, you can now verify your identity through Plaid to unlock it – no support ticket needed. The verification process includes confirming personal details (like name, phone, and DOB), uploading a government-issued ID, and completing a quick selfie check. Once verified, your account will be unblocked.

 

User Interface

• ➕ Updated Create Button for Easier Navigation
  The Create (+) button in the left-hand navigation has been updated to include quick access to the most commonly used features so you can take action quickly after login: Group Text, Workflow, 1-on-1 Chat, Keyword, Sign-Up Form, and Add Contacts.
