Workflows
- 👁️🗨️ Choose Whether Workflow Texts Show in Inbox
You now have control over whether Workflow messages appear in your Inbox. A new toggle, “Show Workflow Texts”, has been added to Inbox Settings, right between “Show Group Texts” and “Show Opt-ins.” By default, Workflow messages will be visible in the Inbox, but you can turn them off if you’d rather focus on direct, 1:1 conversations.
- 🏷️ Rename Nodes for Clarity Inside Workflows
You can now rename Workflow nodes to keep your automations organized. Give each step a descriptive name (like renaming “Send Message 1” to “Summer Promo”) so they’re easier to identify and analyze in reports, especially for longer workflows.
- 🔍 View API Responses in Workflow Logs
Need to troubleshoot a Workflow? You can now view API response details for each step. Just head to Workflows > View Report > Contacts, then click into the “Details” column to see success or error codes and responses for individual contacts. It has everything you need to validate or debug your flows.
- 🧬 Contacts Added Through Workflows Now Attributed Correctly
Contacts created through a Workflow will now show “Source: Workflow” on the Contacts page. Previously, these were labeled “Unknown.” This small update makes it easier to track where your contacts are coming from and attribute growth accurately.
- 🚫 Clearer Messaging When for Workflow Blocks
If a Workflow message fails to send because of a SIFT block or insufficient credits, you’ll now see a clear error message at the top of the builder. We’ll also highlight the exact message node that’s causing the issue, so you can fix it fast and keep your automation on track.
UI Enhancements
- 🔔 Notification Bell Joins the Left-Side Navigation
We’ve moved the notification bell to the left-side navigation. It now sits between the ? Help icon and your credit count, keeping everything you need within easy reach and giving the app a cleaner, more focused layout.
