• ⏸️ Pause and Resume Your Workflows: You now have the ability to pause and resume your workflows. This new option gives you more control when facing SIFT pauses or zero credit balances without needing to delete or recreate workflows content. This feature can also be especially useful for seasonal businesses who need to pause their workflows for the off-season. 
   
• ⛮ Custom Code Node: Our new Custom Code node allows you to write and run custom JavaScript to supercharge your workflows. Add advanced logic and customization to gain more flexibility beyond what’s possible with our existing triggers, nodes, and rules. It’s a straightforward way for teams with technical knowledge or developer resources to unlock more advanced use cases.
   
• 🗒️ YAML Code Editor: Advanced customers comfortable with code can now toggle between the standard, visual workflow builder and our new YAML code editor. The code editor makes it easier to view, edit, or write YAML directly, offering flexibility for power users while still supporting visual simplicity for others.

Other Product Updates

• 📝 Internal Team Inbox Notes: By popular demand, we’ve added a notes section to the shared team Inbox. Now you can leave internal notes on Inbox conversations that are only visible to other team members. This makes it easier to collaborate, share context, and ensure smooth handoffs when multiple team members are managing conversations with the same contact.
   
• 🎊 Recommended Dates for Holiday Messages: To save you time and eliminate extra work, our Campaign Calendar now recommends ideal send dates for holiday messages. So, when scheduling your messages for the month, quarter, or year, you can focus more on crafting the perfect texts instead of verifying send dates. 
   
• ➕ New layout improvements: The Create button has moved from the top menu bar to the left-side navigation, now displayed as a bold “+” icon above the main navigation items (Home, Inbox, etc.). This design change supports a more streamlined, intuitive user experience and makes it faster and easier to create something new from wherever you are in the application.
