Workflows
- 🔍 More Visibility into Custom Code Execution
Workflow reporting for Custom Code nodes now provides full execution details, even when no errors occur. You’ll now see success codes and detailed responses for each run, giving you better insight into how your workflows are performing and making it easier to troubleshoot unexpected behavior.
- ➕ Add Nodes Faster with Smart Suggestions
You can now add nodes directly within your workflow using a clickable (+) icon. Simply click the icon to view the node menu and easily insert the next step exactly where you need it. The node menu will also suggest the most likely next action based on your current step, helping you build workflows faster and more intuitively. The workflow builder will still support drag-and-drop for user flexibility.
- 🧭 A More Compact Workflow Builder Sidebar
The Workflows sidebar has been redesigned with a cleaner, icon-first layout to give you more space to build. Icons are now shown by default and expand on hover to reveal all options, keeping everything accessible without cluttering your workspace. We’ve also moved the zoom and recenter controls for easier navigation.
Campaigns
- 🔔 Customize Campaign Report Notifications
You can now choose how you receive your SMS Campaign Delivery Reports. Head to your Notifications settings to manage preferences and select SMS, email, or push notifications. SMS notifications will remain on for existing users (but can now be turned off) and will be off by default for new users, so you have more control over how you stay informed.
Inbox
- 📥 Simplified Inbox Filtering
Filtering your Inbox just got easier. We’ve introduced a new top filter bar above your conversation list that brings Number, Message Type, and Status filters into one place. This unified view replaces the previous split between the sidebar and dropdown options, making it faster and more intuitive to find and manage conversations with your contacts.
Account Settings
- 🌙 Control When Your Messages Are Sent
You can now set Message Sending Hours to ensure your texts are delivered at the right time for each recipient. Messages are sent based on the contact’s local time zone (using their area code), so that you can easily avoid sending texts too early or too late in the day. If a message is scheduled outside your defined sending window, it will be automatically queued and delivered when the appropriate time is reached, helping you improve engagement and the customer experience while staying compliant. Set your sending hours by clicking the gear icon in the bottom left corner of the platform and selecting “Profile” from the expanded menu.
