Contacts

  • 📅 New “Opted-Out” Date Column for Contacts
    You’ll now see a new Opted-Out column on the All Contacts page and in contact exports. This shows the exact date and time a contact opted out, helping you better track and manage your audience. You’ll find it just to the right of the Date Added column.
     
  • ✅ Updated Default Contact Filter to “Opted-In”
    We’ve updated the default filter on the All Contacts page to show only Opted-In contacts. Previously, the filter was set to “All,” which included both opted-in and opted-out contacts, but that wasn’t always clear to customers. This change makes it easier to focus on the contacts who can receive your messages.

 

Keywords & Signup Forms

  • ✨ AI-Powered Message Suggestions for Keywords
    Creating messages for your Keywords just got easier! You can now use AI Compose to help write your Keyword auto-replies, saving you time. Just generate, edit, and save.
     
  • 🔍 Search Your Keywords With Ease
    Managing multiple Keywords? You can now search your list with a new search bar at the top left of the Keywords page. Quickly find, edit, or review your Keywords without endlessly scrolling.
     
  • 📝 Set Required Fields In Signup Forms
    You now have more control over what information you collect from new contacts. In addition to phone number, you can now make other fields required like first name, last name, email, and more. Make sure you get all the details you need, right from the start.

 

Messages & Campaigns

  • 🔍 Search Your Message Templates
    We’ve added a search bar to both the Message Templates page (under Tools) and the Templates modal when you’re composing a message. You can now search your templates by name to easily find what you need, faster.
     
  • 🗑️ "Cancel" Button Renamed to "Delete" in Group Send
    To reduce confusion, we’ve updated the “Cancel Message” button when editing scheduled or recurring messages. It’s now clearly labeled “Delete” so it matches what it actually does.

 

Invoices 

  • 💳 Export All Invoices To CSV
    You can now export all of your invoices into a single CSV file. This makes it easy to review, filter, and analyze your full billing history even if your invoices have multiple line items. Perfect for record-keeping or financial reporting.

 

Reporting

  • 🛠️ Reporting & Scheduling Filters Now Stick
    Filters on the Sent and Scheduled pages will now stay in place when you view a message and then go back. Previously, filters like Recipients: Groups vs. Recipients: Individuals would reset after clicking to view a message. Now, your filters will hold so you can pick up right where you left off.
     
  • 🧩 Filter Sent Campaigns by SMS or MMS
    You can now filter your sent campaigns by message type, whether SMS or MMS, making it easier to find the campaigns you’re looking for. This filter is available on both the Sent Campaigns page and the Reporting > Messages Overview page.
     
  • 🆔 Campaign IDs Now Included in Sent Campaign Exports
    When you export your Sent Campaigns, you’ll now see a Campaign ID for each one. This helps you better track and distinguish between campaigns, especially if you’re sending to multiple groups at once.
     
  • 🖱️ Right-Click to Open Campaigns in a New Tab
    You can now right-click anywhere on a campaign row (not just the link) to open it in a new tab. This makes it easier to compare campaigns side by side. We’ve added this functionality across all campaign lists, including the Dashboard, Reporting, and Sent Campaigns pages.
     
  • 📱 Improved Mobile Experience for Delivery Reports
    Viewing delivery reports on your phone is now much easier. We’ve updated the layout to provide a cleaner, more mobile-friendly experience, so you can quickly see the key details of your message without extra scrolling.
     
  • 📊 Opt-Out and Impact Metrics Added to Message Reporting
    The Reporting > Messages Overview page now includes a card showing how many contacts opted out of receiving messages. We’ve also added the number and percentage of contacts impacted across all report cards (messages sent, delivered, bounced, and more), for better visibility into your campaign performance.
     
  • 📄 Delivery Report Exports Now Include All Contact Fields
    When you export a delivery report, it now includes all default and custom contact field data so you have everything you need in one place.

 

HubSpot Integration

  • ⚠️ Clearer Error Messages for HubSpot Integration
    We’ve improved our HubSpot integration by adding helpful error messages when something goes wrong. Now, if an action can’t be completed (like trying to message an opted-out contact, using the integration when it hasn’t been enabled, or if your account is on a compliance hold) you’ll see a clear message explaining what happened so you have the info you need to move forward.
