New Feature Update - Contact Upload Summary!

We've made new improvements to the contact upload process so that you can keep track of your uploads and ensure that all your contacts are uploaded successfully.

In the past, it was difficult to track the status of current uploads, and you were only notified once the upload was completed. This may have left you wondering which contacts had errors and were not uploaded. With the new Contact Upload Summary, we have added an incremental progress bar on the processing page to show where you are in the upload process. This will help you know how much time is left and when to expect your upload to be completed.

Additionally, we have compiled a CSV of errors and will provide it back to you upon completion. This will allow you to know precisely which contacts had errors and were not uploaded, giving you a chance to correct the errors and re-upload if needed.

We will also showcase the number of invalid contacts, including those who have opted out. Knowing why a number has been deemed invalid is important, so we provide information about why numbers may have been considered invalid.

Please note that the error download will only be available for 48 hours, so download it within this time frame. Additionally, you can leave the processing page and return to it via your notifications.

We hope these improvements will make it easier for you to upload contacts and keep track of their status. As always, we value your feedback and will continue to improve our platform based on your suggestions.
