🌍 New Language Support Now Available
EZ Texting now supports six languages, giving you more ways to connect with your audience. In addition to English, Spanish, and French, you can now compose and send messages using Hebrew, Arabic, and Korean character sets. This update makes it easier to reach diverse, global contacts via your inbox, campaigns, or workflows.

💳 SMS Payment Links Are Here
You can now create and send secure Stripe Payment Links directly from your 1:1 text conversations in the Inbox, making it easier than ever to collect payments or donations without leaving the text thread. Whether you're selling a product, requesting a payment, or collecting contributions, this update unlocks fast, seamless text-to-pay and text-to-give experiences that help you drive revenue with less friction. Campaigns and Workflows support is coming soon!

🌐 New Languages Added to AI Compose Translation
Hebrew, Korean, and Arabic are now supported in AI Compose’s translation tool, making it easier to increase engagement and build stronger relationships regardless of your contacts’ preferred languages. Just prompt AI to write your message in English, then translate it into any of our five supported languages with a single click.
💬 Smarter AI Replies with Draft Awareness
Our AI Reply tool just got smarter. Now, when you start typing a message, the AI will take your draft into account and generate replies that build on your tone, context, and intent. This means more relevant, natural-sounding messages that feel like they came straight from you.

🎉 Send Automated Messages for Birthdays and Anniversaries
The Date and Time workflow trigger now allows for scheduling recurring messages based on custom contact fields like birthdays, anniversaries, or renewal dates. It’s a great way to automatically send timely reminders, show appreciation, and build lasting customer relationships.
🔄 Move Contacts Within Active Workflows
Move a contact to a different step within an active workflow directly from Workflow Reports, which gives you more flexibility to manage how contacts progress. Whether you need to skip steps, return someone to an earlier point, or resume after a pause, this update puts you in control of every journey.
🧪 Test Webhooks and API Calls in Workflows
You can now test your Webhook and API Call nodes directly inside the Workflow builder. Just open the node settings to run a test and get instant feedback on whether it was successful or if something needs to be fixed so you can troubleshoot with confidence.
🛑 End Workflows for Individual or Multiple Contacts
Now, you have the option to end a workflow for one or more contacts at any time. From the Workflow Reports > Contacts tab, just use the Actions menu or bulk select to remove contacts from a workflow. Their status will update to “Exited Early,” and they’ll be eligible to re-enter if triggered again.

We’ve refreshed the look and feel of your dashboard to make it simpler, more modern, and easier to navigate. The large square action cards have been replaced with smaller circular icons, creating more space to highlight helpful tools like the Campaign Calendar and AI Assistant.

Managing your team just got easier. A new Teammates menu item is now available under the account icon, giving you quicker access to team roles and number permissions. We’ve also cleaned up the menu layout for a more organized and visually streamlined experience.

The Teammates page just got a refresh to help you manage team access more efficiently. You’ll now see clear columns for name, email, role, and number access. You can click directly into these fields to quickly update permissions or assign numbers.
