You now have more flexibility in how your team receives notifications for inbound messages, campaign delivery reports, and billing updates (including low balance alerts).

Choose to receive each update via email, SMS text message, and/or push notifications. 

 

You can customize not only how notifications are delivered, but who receives them.

For example, you might forward all inbound messages to a sales rep’s mobile number so they can respond to leads quickly. You could send billing updates to your accounting team, saving you the extra email to read. Multiple phone numbers and email addresses can be added for each type of notification.
